Course Package

This is an 8 week course and my recommended approach if you are ready to commit to the process of working through change to reach greater peace with your self, your body and food.  These will be completed over Telehealth.  What to expect:

  • 90 minute intro session (including review of your medical history, experience of food and your body, concerns and obstacles, and goals)
  • 7 weekly 50 minute sessions with specific goals and topics each week
  • messaging with me directly throughout the course, with responses within 24 hours
8 week course info

Individual Sessions

After completion of the 8 week course, this is a great way to add additional sessions to check-in or address new obstacles that have come up.  These will be 50 min 1:1 sessions with Dr. Sample.

About Dr. Kate Sample

Dr. Kate Sample is a Board Certified OB/GYN physician and a member of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She founded Kind Circle to help people shift from disease management toward actively seeking health, in a way that is not focused on trends, physical appearance, restriction or negativity.  Dr. Sample will help you discover the reasons for your current thinking and help you to learn new patterns that will serve you into your future.
